Pearl Harbor Attack

The Pearl Harbor attack, “a day which will live in infamy,” took place exactly eighty-one years ago today, on December 7, 1941. This photograph shows the USS Arizona shortly after her forward magazines exploded. Over 1,000 individuals aboard the Arizona lost their lives that day.
