Our Canal in Panama

This book, published in 1913, is about the construction of the Panama Canal, referred to on the title page as “The Greatest Achievement in the World’s History.” The book was sold by traveling salesmen, who would have an incomplete copy of the book called a “dummy” or “prospectus” they would show to potential customers.
