Long Beach Municipal Auditorium

The Long Beach Municipal Auditorium opened in 1932 and was built out into the ocean. Inside the niche above the entrance was a large mosaic designed to be seen from miles away. When the building was demolished in 1975, the mural was moved to a nearby park.
